Guangzhou sourcing visits

Guangzhou furniture sourcing.
Showroom & factory visits.

Make an in-person sourcing visit more focused with a plan built around your furniture list. Our Guangzhou team helps coordinate showroom and factory appointments so you can compare pieces and discuss the details that matter to your project.

Showrooms + factories + samples

A visit organized around your project’s sourcing questions.

01

Set the priorities before arrival

Share your product categories, reference images, quantities, and budget range. Identify whether you want to compare showroom pieces, review materials, or discuss manufacturing. We coordinate proposed appointments with relevant suppliers, subject to their availability.

02

Review the details in person

Use the visit to compare sizes, finishes, seating comfort, and construction. Bring an item list and record which pieces or materials you want quoted. Factory access and the areas available to view must be agreed with each supplier beforehand.

03

Turn the visit into next steps

Bring item codes, sample requests, and open questions together after the appointments. We can coordinate supplier quotations and follow-up, with any purchasing or production support agreed as the next stage.

Tell us before you travel

  • Proposed dates and the number of visitors
  • Furniture categories, reference images, and approximate quantities
  • Budget range and the main questions you want to resolve
  • Any suppliers or pieces already on your shortlist

What we help coordinate

  • A proposed supplier and appointment plan
  • Questions and product details to review during visits
  • A record of selected pieces, references, and sample requests
  • Supplier quote follow-up within the agreed service scope

Confirm appointments and the service scope before booking travel. Supplier access, local travel arrangements, costs, and availability are agreed separately; a visit does not replace agreed product inspections or testing.

Before you begin

Planning your visit.

Can I visit a factory as well as a showroom?

Yes, where the supplier agrees and an appointment is available. Tell us what you want to learn so we can coordinate a relevant visit and confirm access in advance.

Can you send samples if I cannot travel?

Yes. We can coordinate sample requests and shipping. Sample availability, costs, shipping charges, and timing are confirmed with the supplier before you proceed.

How many days should I allow?

The right schedule depends on the number and location of suppliers and what you need to review. Share your shortlist and priorities first so we can discuss a practical appointment plan.
